About Case Acceptance Lab
We're a small team that builds dental automation on HighLevel and writes down what we find.
The reason we picked case acceptance is narrow and specific. Almost every dental snapshot on the market sells the same thing: fill the chairs. More inquiries, more bookings, more reviews. That's a real problem and it's well covered. What isn't covered is what happens after someone shows up — the case that gets presented and never accepted, the financing application that stalls at the income field, the treatment that gets diagnosed and never scheduled. That's where the money in a practice actually sits, and it's the part the free templates stop short of.
So that's what we build, and it's all we build.
How we write
Numbers get sources. Where we can't verify something, we say so on the page instead of rounding it into a claim. When we get something wrong we correct it in place and say what changed. We're new, and a new brand that's honest about being new does better than one pretending otherwise.
Why a brand and not a person
