Privacy policy

Last updated 5 August 2026.

Short version: this is a static site with no accounts, no tracking scripts and no advertising. We collect almost nothing, because we didn't build anything that could.

What this site does not do

No analytics. No advertising or retargeting pixels. No cookies of any kind — the site sets none. No JavaScript at all: every page here is HTML and one stylesheet, served from our own domain. No third-party fonts, embeds, chat widgets or social buttons, so no other company sees you reading this page. There are no user accounts, so there is nothing to log into and no profile of you to build.

What our host records

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, their servers log ordinary request data — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the time — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to identify individuals and we do not combine them with anything else. That logging is Netlify's, under Netlify's own privacy policy.

If you email us

Mail to hello@caseacceptancelab.com is forwarded by our domain registrar's email forwarding to a mailbox we read. If you write to us we keep the message and your address so we can answer you and keep track of the conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list because of it, and we don't sell, rent or share your address with anyone.

If you buy

Purchases are handled by our payment processor, who acts as the merchant of record and collects what a payment requires — name, email, billing country, tax details, card details. Card details go to them, never to us; we never see or store a card number. From them we receive the order record and the buyer's email address, which we use to deliver the file, answer support email about it, and handle refunds. Their privacy policy governs the payment itself.

The free Q4 campaign

When email delivery of the free campaign is switched on, we will ask for an email address so we can send the file, and we'll use it to send the file and occasional writing about dental automation, with an unsubscribe link on every message. That form is not live yet, so today no email addresses are being collected anywhere on this site.

How long we keep things

Email correspondence: as long as it's useful, then we delete it. Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Nothing else, because there is nothing else.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@caseacceptancelab.com and we'll do it. There's no form and no ticket system; it's one small team reading the mailbox.

Children

This is a business-to-business product. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If our practices change — an email list, a checkout, anything that actually collects data — we update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live, not after.
